BridgePoint International (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a Canadian-based freight forwarding company specializing in international logistics and transportation services. As a member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), we operate under and incorporate the 2024 CIFFA Standard Trading Conditions (STCs) as the legally binding terms and conditions governing all services provided through this website and in our commercial dealings.
Applicability of CIFFA Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree that all transactions, quotations, bookings, instructions, and contracts are subject to the CIFFA Standard Trading Conditions (2024), which are hereby incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Quotations: All quotes are based on information provided and may be subject to change if shipment parameters change. Quotes do not include duties, taxes, or other government charges unless specified.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold BridgePoint harmless from any claims or costs arising from inaccuracies in documentation or non-compliance with customs or regulatory rules.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada, and governed by Canadian law.
Data Privacy
By using our services, you also consent to our data handling and privacy practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data. All personal and commercial data collected is protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and related privacy legislation.
